Complaints procedure

In my practice, I value diligence and open communication. If you are not satisfied with a treatment or the way it was handled, please let me know. Often, a conversation can provide clarity and help us reach a solution together.

If we are unable to resolve the matter between us, you can engage an independent complaints officer. This person will assist you in formulating your complaint or expressing your dissatisfaction and will help you to explore possible solutions. I will be informed of this so that we can work together towards a satisfactory solution.
